I developed this agenda administration system for Acclaim Events that allowed them to organize information about their industry events and present it in well-organized timetables.
I built a robust event system that handled online ticket sales with robust registration and payment tracking capabilities, and the ability to create detail-rich, flexible timetables organizing each day’s keynote events (including speakers, photos, links, and company information for each event), meals, Google maps, and more. All of this information is organized in intuitive administrative panels that allow you to add as much or as little information as needed.
I also created an integrated forum for registered attendees to network and discuss presentation topics before and after the event. Access was tied to event registration, with both systems tied to the same user accounts.
As with all of my recent development projects, my work for Acclaim Events was created using mobile-first responsive techniques that optimize the experience for a wide variety of devices, including phones, tablets, and widescreen displays.
